Shipping & Handling Policy 

Please allow 3-8 business days for all orders to ship. *There may be slight delays in shipment and delivery with the carriers beyond IMG Apparel’s control*. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3-8 business days from the order date please email customer service at info@shopimgapparel.com. Once you have received your tracking number and your order has shipped, IMG Apparel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. The package is in the shipping carrier’s possession once the customer has received their tracking number and the customer's order has shipped.

Cancelation Policy 

Any order that needs to be canceled must be canceled within 48 hours of an order being placed. Failure to cancel an order within 48 hours of an order being placed will result in the order to be fully processed and ready to ship. *If you have entered a wrong mailing address your order will be canceled*.  To cancel an order please email customer service at info@shopimgapparel.com with your name and order #. 

Return Policy 

If you need to return an item, items which include all apparel and accessory items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in new condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. In order to receive a full refund, *ALL ITEMS MUST NOT BE WORN AND/OR USED, MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION and in its original packaging*. A refund will not be issued if an item shows signs of wear and tear or use. To return an item, please email customer service at info@shopimgapparel.com within 14 days of the day you receive your package. 

Exchange Policy 

If you need to exchange an item, items which include all apparel and accessory items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in new condition. In order to exchange an item, *ALL ITEMS MUST NOT BE WORN AND/OR USED, MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION and in its original packaging*.  An exchange will not be accepted if an item shows signs of wear and tear or use. Standard Policy 

Before placing an order with IMG Apparel,  please make sure you are picking your correct size, color and quantity. Make sure you are entering your correct mailing address to avoid any order cancelations.
